2012 Key Dates
FEB 15th for Discounted rate of $332: submit signed permission slip, fee and medical forms parts A and B by 2/15, Med form C by 6/10, firm.
APRIL 13th for Regular camp fee of $350: submit permission slip, fee and med forms A and B by 4/13, Med form C by 6/10, firm.
MAY 17th for Webelos who crossed over and joined us in March fee of $332: submit permission slip, fee and med forms A, and B by 5/17, form C by 6/10, firm.
MAY 17th for Late camp fee of $373: submit permission slip, fee and med forms A, and B by 5/17, form C by 6/10, firm.
ADDITIONAL MEDICAL FORM INFORMATION:
June 10: All medical forms must be received, including Part C of the form which requires a physical by a physician.
NOTE
ON MEDICAL FORMS: THE FORM HAS CHANGED THIS YEAR. We will need parts A, B and C for all scouts. These forms are on
the website as "BSA medical form". Part A is the immunization info,
Part B is Informed Consent and Talent Release. Part C is the form that
is signed by your pediatrician.SUMMER CAMP COORDINATOR:I
